So I have to put my detective hat on.

So there I am checking my mail like I always do. I get some mail (no surprise) its mail from the State of Washington. I'm thinking child support so without hesitation I open the mail. To my surprise the mail isn't for me. It's addressed to a _____ Degruy. Here's where it gets odd

It lands in my mailbox but the address is for somewhere within my tiny apartment complex. If this was any other last name I wouldn't care at all. Being that this last name is rare I am giving this some attention. My dad was a rolling stone if you know what I mean.

I've done some Google search and located who this person may be. I even knocked on their door (no answer). I think this may be a relative/possible sibling (what are the odds???). I had a sister who lived in Puyallup who I never met she sadly passed away a few years ago RIP.

So now I am wondering what more should I do? What if this person is family maybe a sibling and has lived in the same apartment complex this whole time????
