Do humans have free will? I think most would say we do at least to a certain extent. But if you dig a little deeper it’s obviously just an illusion

EVERYTHING in the universe operates on cause and effect-determinism. For every chain of events there is a prior chain of events that preceded that one. The events of today determine what will happen tomorrow

Think about it. There’s no free will at all! You didn’t chose to become a living conscious being, you’re parents did, you didn’t chose who your parents would be and so forth

Even if you’re on this app reading this thread it was determined by a prior event( someone created this app) you on here enjoying the experience is the effect of that cause.
