/7) I think it's fair to say that this sort of ill-informed public speculation about UAP-related activity pertaining to Congress is irresponsible. After seeing this @TheProjectUnity tweet, I queried Dr. Eric W. Davis,

/7) Also: the March 11, 2020 classified UAP briefing actually was conducted NOT for the full House Armed Services Committee (HASC), which has 58 members, but for the Future of Defense Task Force, an 8-member body that has since lapsed. On Oct. 29, 2020, I received the following
/7) response from HASC spokesperson Monica Matoush: "Yes, we can confirm the March 11 briefing was for the Future of Defense Task Force. As you know, the Future of Defense Task Force was chartered to review U.S. defense assets and capabilities and assess the state
/7) of the national security innovation base to meet emerging threats. The briefing was convened as a part of the Task Force’s broad mandate."

/7) HASC rules permit the chairman (Rep. Adam Smith, D-Wa.) to appoint limited-time task forces for specific purposes, with membership equally divided between the parties; the Future of Defense Task Force was such an entity. In preparing its report, it received many briefings.
/7) The task force's 87-pg. report was published Sept. 23; it is linked on HASC page below. The report contains no mention of UAP. As time allows, I will continue to tweet from this account validated information about UAP-related activity in Congress. https://armedservices.house.gov/2020/9/future-of-defense-task-force-releases-final-report
In evaluating future tweets by @TheProjectUnity concerning UAP-related events in Congress and the Executive Branch, and perhaps other matters as well, please keep today's exchange in mind. You may want to bookmark this thread for future reference.
