I get a lot of messages asking for this, so I will compile this fully here.

1. Realize that your past does not define your future. Accept your present, and stand up feeling proud of yourself.

2. You will have to struggle to get a job or start a business. Note that being from a tier 3 college (specially with a low GPA on top of that) can complicate things - but it never closes doors completely.
Not for the determined.

3. First learn a skill. It could be coding, graphic designing, marketing, stock trading, whatever. Pick something which has good number of jobs or companies.
Don& #39;t pick up something which is not monetisable as your first skill - it sucks. Keep such stuff as hobbies.

4. Knowing your trade isn& #39;t enough. You need to be able to sell it to get a job or go big in life.

7. Work hard. Most of the times when I see someone struggling in their careers, it is because they are not working hard enough.
This will solve 90% of your problems. People who are doing better than you exist only because they worked harder in the past.

8. Execute. If you don& #39;t execute - be it your interview, your exam, or your life - everything else in this thread is useless. Try to train yourself for important events beforehand.
You will have to learn this yourself - only constant failure makes one a winner.

9. You just need to take a lot of shots, and increase your hit rate.
First can be done by applying to many jobs/trying out multiple things, and second can be done by upskilling and good preparation for tests/exams/interviews.

10. Rome wasn& #39;t built in a day. It took me ~9 years of hard work (and all of my teenage) to reach a position to write this thread, and I am still a drop in the ocean in this world.
