Has anyone else been feeling very isolated and diconnected from their non-protesting friends, regardless of the reason they’re non-protesting? Or... Just me forgetting to respond to messages for days?

It’s been hard to find ways to connect with people who don’t live in the world I do. Difficult to find it in me to get deep into a discussion about things that ultimately seem pretty trivial right now, like TV shows and weird interpersonal drama.

I still care about my friends and their interests, I think, but it seems so small and far away right now.

Which is probably part of why I’m putting this thread here and not... Like... On my personal account that all the friends know about and follow.
