Greater household spread in US plausible given natl failures:
➡️long waits for test results to confirm #SARSCoV2➕
➡️little govt support for safe, free places for case to isolate when ➕ ➡️lack of PPE for all homes
➡️lack of clear, consistent norms re: behaviors when a case...
Timing of this study was a bolt of ⚡️

Made me think harder about exactly what I’ll do re: #SARSCoV2 in my household w kids:

😷masking in home as much as possible, even if feels weird
💨windows cracked when in room together, esp if masks off
🛌Each of us sleep in separate area
