It is possible to find ways to decompress and build new bonds with people during this time. You may have to do things a little differently but it’s possible. I understand why 100% isolation is not a sustainable long term plan. Sometimes you can do nothing wrong and still lose.
I have some insight on the human condition, especially individualism. People may start with good intentions but without making a conscious effort to keep up new habits they backslide quickly.

I am trying to be judge less these days but when you put yourself at risk and I care about you, it makes me sad. When you put others at risk, it makes me angry.
I’m not going to get dramatic and say OMG YOURE POTENTIALLY KILLING PEOPLE!! but you kind of are and that’s the issue.
