Then things got a bit hairy. On the 7th month of her pregnancy she suddenly developed complications and had to have the baby prematurely. For the past two months she's been in hospital with the baby and only returned 3 days ago.

From what I gather, the dude, upon finding out about his status as a new daddy-to-be, did a runner. As one does. Coz men, y'know, trash. You know the drill.

Now the rickety old corporate outfit she works for has apparently only paid her 50% of her wages (let's not get into that) and she now wants me to accept a lesser amount than our agreement states. Ho ho. Cancel Christmas coz Fifi has been fucking a random dude without a condom.

During lockdown I accepted 50% rent for 3 months coz the situation was beyond everyones control (the bat soup slurping tool aside). But this new development - I just don't know. Did I say none of my business at the top of this thread? Go ahead and guffaw. I hate it here.
