It's been a 3 months for me at @LeapFinanceIn working on our new , Leap Scholar. This is hands down the best team I've been a part of. The level of ownership and drive among everyone in the team awes me daily! A thread of a few things I like most (and an announcement)

Our product team consists of ex lawyers (me ), data analyst, I-Bankers, a core engineer and others. Fundamentally, we are generalists. And we spend most of our time executing.

And executing here does not necessarily mean shipping product, it means experimenting, observing, analysing and moving mountains to reach our metrics.

It's not the "typical" product role out there, we imbibe product thinking in all we do. Our product is so much more than buttons on a screen. It's our CX, our value proposition, everything that goes on behind the scenes that makes our customers love us (and oh they do!)

This means the product team writes PRDs but also owns business metrics, manages ops teams, runs special projects.

We experiment and execute at lightning speed. We look at metrics and processes from the past that look nothing like what they do today, and realise the "past" was actually just 2 weeks ago.

All orgs say they don't have hierarchy, but have rarely seen someone embody "high output management" and trust their team the way @arnav_kumar does (which percolates to rest of the org). It's a delight being part of an org with zero micro management and full accountability.
