Lekki Shooting, shame on all the parpetrators

An American soldier reacts to Lekki Shooting. This is the strongest message to President Buhari, Tinubu and Sanwo-Olu. I hope this reaction earns the right attention.
This gentleman soldier sends the strongest possible message to our leaders in Nigeria. He berates their callousness with the shout out, "shame on you".
According to him, in his eight-year of military service in Afghanistan, he had never seen the US army raised a weapon against an unarmed person. He said that the arms they engaged at harmless protesters were meant to be used in defence.
And it was an abrogation of the Geneva convention. I if some of our soldiers remember any rule of engagement, needless a rule of law?
