My mom is almost 70 & when we were getting the little Halloween candy bags all ready for tomorrow night, she pulled all the butterfingers out to save for herself. LOL she did say that if we ran out of candy, then she’d surrender them. But, it’s still cute.

I also have to say that I bought a bag of Halloween-themed Reese's earlier this month to hand out--I was, for the first time, not waiting until the last minute!--and they have...disappeared. When I asked if she'd eaten them, she said it was so long ago she can't be sure. LOL

I ended up watching a lot of Bart Simpson Butterfinger ads earlier because I couldn't remember his exact catchphrase. For the record it's: "Nobody better lay a finger on my butterfinger" The Simpsons were big in the '90's! This is Summer & I on Easter one year. LOL

now I'm watching this video with the NES Bart vs the World game. One of my favs growing up. Wow, this thread took a turn. But, nostalgia is just... inevitable around Halloween?
