Who has seen/communicated with angels? Tell me your stories! I wanna hear

For me, any time I’ve clearly experienced communication with angels it’s been through my dreams. They’re usually in huge gardens and invite me in.

They’re also usually sitting on thrones or in some type of golden regalia.

According to Abrahamic lore, there are 3 divine branches of governing angels:

1st sphere (closest to God)
• Seraphim
• Cherubim
• Thrones

2nd Sphere
• Dominions
• Virtues
• Powers

3rd Sphere (closest to us)
• Principalities
• Archangels
• Angels

Seraphim are the highest in of the universe, usually depicted as burning (“on fire with love”)

And Cherubim guard the entrance to the garden of Eden

Both are usually depicted with many wings and/or multiple heads or heads of animals

Call on seraphim and cherubim when you need help using your voice or w/ your throat chakra as they constantly and sing in prayer

After calling on them, recite psalm 141:6

“When their judges are overthrown onto stony places, they shall hear my words, for they are sweet.”

Thrones are the angels who “enact divine justice.” Think of these like the judgment card in tarot, or an angelic embodiment of karma. Often depicted as wheels with many eyes.

Think like third eye knowledge, omniscience, etc.

Dominions watch over earthly kingdoms and have a hand in the outcomes of wars. Sometimes shown as angels on red horses. (Think the knight tarot cards)

Virtues are the angels most often responsible for miracles and for keeping nature organized and in tact (Think the empress card)

Powers are warrior angels who protect humans from evil spirits. They’re also said to preside of dem•ns. You can call on them to assist breaking addictions (think the devil card in tarot).

Principalities rule nations on earth, such as religious institutions. They can be called on to invoke benevolent superpowers (earthly and celestial). Think the hierophant tarot card.

I think most people are familiar with archangels, particularly Gabriel, Michael, and Raphael.

There are 7 known in total. Their names vary by tradition, but I usually call them Raziel, Haniel, Metatron/Enoch, and Azriel

I would relate these to the star tarot card

Fun fact: please never forget that Michael is ALWAYS depicted with a sword and wearing armor. Call on Michael when you need something handled. Also don’t shy away from handling shit with your own divine war gear.

Second fun fact: usually if I have an ailment that needs healing, I call on Raphael or Raziel and pray to them to fix it. Hasn’t failed me yet.

Third fun fact: archangel Metatron is formerly the prophet Enoch (Noah’s great grandfather). The book was Enoch is one of the book removed from most bibles, but you can still easily access it and read. It talks about some interesting biblical cross breeding that results in giants

Lastly, there are angels. The ones that walk with us most closely and occasionally wake us up out of our sleep (it’s me. I’m us.)

They interfere most directly with human affairs. Also look as expected rather than having 8 heads, etc. (also relate these to the star card)
