No, genders don't have colors and we shouldn't be assigning colors to genders. The common color assginment that we see at present is the usual pink for girls and blue for boys. This is evident in bathrooms, products such as shampoo, soap etc 1/10 https://twitter.com/thaisseu/status/1322335702265159680
In the year 1920 pink was assigned as a masculine color or a color associated to men. as years progress we evolved to the usual pink for girls and blue for boys (but that doesnt mean that these colors are excusive and representative of these genders 2/10 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pink#:~:text=In%20the%201920s%2C%20some%20groups,accepted%20norm%20in%20the%201940s.
basically what we can get from these two articles/events is that color doesn't have anything to do with gender. The fact that that changed before is an evidence that there is no proper color assignment for genders, things change and evolution and progress happens. 4/10
Maybe its done to be more formal/organized manner. for example you are doing a project involving statistics, then it makes it easier to classify boys from girls with the pink/blue color assignment (for example). 5/10
along with the discussion of evolution, we have those who don't classify into any of these two genders. and sadly people have yet to accept that. In the current state of society they might not consider these individuals as "individuals" because of whats know to be the"norm" 6/10
so if then we do push the color assignments, in the context of the current state of society, these individuals will be excluded and feel alienated. with that in mind, i do not think we should be assigning colors to gender 7/10
cause things like this are not binary and never binary. A is never equal to A it can be equal to B or C. You don't have to be strict with a standard, cause these individuals with gender come in different ways. 8/10
fem boys may not like blue, masc girls may not like pink. non-binary people may not like either of the two, or may like one but not the other. 9/10
you can't assign something to a population with different types/classes/backgrounds that would completely satisfy the description of that population, because everyone in that group is different and unique. 10/10
