information about "ephemeral gods" - a short thread

i know so many of you love ephemeral gods and i really, truly appreciate that. the support and love that fic has gotten over these last several months is incredible. but lately i& #39;ve been getting an influx of comments, replies, and ccs about it and i wanted to answer them here.

for now, eg is discontinued. why? because quite frankly i don& #39;t like it anymore. i do not find joy in writing it anymore. and as the author it& #39;s my decision to put it on hiatus. plain and simple. i& #39;m sorry for that but i have to do what& #39;s best for me and my fics.

yes, i have added the major character d*ath tag to it because, if i ever get back to it, the ending now contains mcd. i& #39;m sorry if that means some of you can& #39;t keep reading it but i can& #39;t keep writing eg for the fans anymore; i need to write it for me.

as of now i& #39;m not going to respond to any more comments, replies, dms, or ccs about the fic. i& #39;ve explained why it& #39;s discontinued for now several times and honestly thinking about eg stresses me out. so i& #39;m done responding to stuff about it. again, i am sorry about that.
