listen... it seems as though the ndtv interview wasn't that great, as it didn't have the BTS vibe to it.
they looked so emotionless but hear me out. They were scared to say things that would offend indians.. the china controversy was too hard on them. chk thrd

the thing about offending china was HUGE.
seriously... HUGE.

India is a totally different country that they have no experience in dealing with, and so, they had no idea what would be appropriate and when to smile. pls try to understand..

look at jin closely... (this interview was done at a time when the heat from china was at its peak).. he looks insecure, worried, and so upset. they didn't say anything wrong, (it was subbed badly in chinese by an anti to sabotage them, it was one of the only vids of its kind)

Namjoon is usually at his peak during interviews in english, but he looked SOO LIFELESS.
The ones sitting on the left (jk, jin, joon) looked most on edge. jimin was trying to cheer them up, and suga seemed pretty deflated too.. hobi and the 95-line didn't know what to feel

and please understand this: they were extremely worn out from the MOTS: ON:E concert.. throughout the interview, you can see hobi having trouble with his back and the rest of the members massaging their hands whenever they could... they were both mentally and emotionally stressed

some indian fans were feeling hurt because the aura seemed as though bts weren't interested in the indian interaction... PLEASE, THAT'S NOT TRUE.
PLEASE DON'T FEEL HURT, AND PLEASE DON'T LEAVE THEIR SIDE BECAUSE OF THIS REASON..
