Den Mother AU world building!

In this au each fraternity and sorority can choose their den mother. So they can choose an alpha, beta, or omega while being male, female, or non-binary doesn't matter to them.

Sex isn't taboo, or something kept behind closed doors, likewise sex

between alphas and omegas is common as well. Most of the time people share their ruts or heats with someone of the same gender to keep from having any little surprises, but they do happen.

Alpha females, omega males, and betas all have both a penis and vagina and betas can have

a heat or rut depending on their partner(s).

It's very common to form packs but monogamy is also common.

Transgender people are part of this world!! Not only can they transition from male to female, but due to technology and hormones they can also be trans alphas, betas, or

omegas! Tamaki is a trans alpha male, he was born an omega and had a procedure done to become an alpha due to being uncomfortable with himself and his body. His ruts are mild and he's the most in control of himself during his ruts. Mirio is aware as are the other alphas, they

just don't see it as a big deal because he's an alpha to them.

It's hard for omegas to get pregnant outside of their own heat and an alphas rut can't force them into a heat, they can however handle very aggressive alphas in rut with no issue.

In the prison system there are

omega volunteers to help with the ruts and heats of the criminals since it's considered cruel to sterilize someone without consent.

Sterilization is also not taboo, so if someone decides they don't want pups they go and have the procedure done and bam, no pups ever!

Adoption is also common as alphas, betas, and omegas who want families are driven to protect and care for the young they find.

Can people go against their instincts? Yes of course they can, everyone can in real life so they can too!
