If they lock down the SW then its time to take to the streets simple as that. This is getting stupid. Build more temporary hospitals, pay the vulnerable to stay at home, I dont care which. Western governments have fucking lost it.
If you are prepared to foot the bill for mass unemployment and destroying peoples livelihoods then why not turn it round & throw huge money at protecting vulnerable people & building temp hospitals to stop people catching the virus IN hospital which is where 50% of people get it
this is about litigation and protecting political reputation now. External forces have petrified European governments. All perspective has been lost.
Im not a great conspiracy theorist but i read something a while back about how the Chinese encouraged hysteria in the early stages of Covid by exaggerating its impact because they knew Western culture would not be able to cope with it.
thats blatantly what has happened. Our society is so disjointed and people hate their leaders so much that the leaders dont know what to do. They cant take bold steps outside the narrative because they will lose their positions of power.
the Chinese must be pissing themselves.
Plus we have arseholes like Sturgeon who have used this crisis since day one to nit pick details to try and show they are somehow a better leader with the end result that nobody has any trust in the rules because someone somewhere else is doing it differently anyway
I was supportive of measures at the start but Im not supportive now. If, as SKY NEWS tells me in its massive alarmist yellow headlines, cases are at an ALL TIME HIGH then why aren& #39;t deaths at an ALL TIME HIGH. they aren& #39;t even fucking close. 200 cases a day vs 1500 in March
My dad had terrible flu before xmas and was put in hospital with pneumonia, when he came out he was told to avoid all possible contact with flu cases as it would kill him. did he ask for the whole of society to be shut down? No, he didnt.
I read a sky article earlier in the week, sad though it was, about how a younger person can still die of covid. buried in the article was the fact that the person had had a kidney transplant 2 months earlier. But this wasn& #39;t in the main headline. you have to ask why this is.
I dont mean for one minute to disrespect the poor person who died but theres something else at work here. What is it? Who are the instigators?
this stopped being about public health some time ago and has become a political football fuelled by a hysterical media financed by unseen dystopian forces. I never thought i would say shit like this but Ive had enough, frankly.

If the NHS is going to be overwhelmed, then build some more hospitals. it will cost less than locking every cunt up for 2 months. You& #39;ve had 7 months to plan for it. The chinese built one in 3 weeks.
