This question frustrates me, because most of my Favoritest ones are "headcanons" because they live an experience that reads extremely asexual or aromantic, but the labels aren't used, so I feel awkward terming it.

We don't hold other sexualities to this standard. Gay characters just live a Very Gay Life and don't have to have an awkwardly inserted bit about how "I always knew I was gay" "I've always felt this way" or "This is how I feel about same-sex relationships."

And I've written that awkward bit explaining asexuality and aromanticism for this purpose! It almost never sounds natural! It also doesn't quite sound like it's for aro and ace people because...they could recognize the lived experience without that part.

So I want to not answer this question, because all of my answers SHOULD count but I feel like they're not allowed to.
