If Biden wins Arizona, Wisconsin and Michigan, but Trump wins Pennsylvania, Nebraska's 2nd District and Maine's 2nd District,1/3

and all the other states voted the way they did in 2016....there will be a 269-269 Electoral College tie.
Then the newly elected House votes for President, with each state casting one vote. This would likely be Biden. The newly elected Senate would vote for Vice President.2/3

This would likely be Pence. In the event of a 25-25 tie, Pence would break the tie by voting for himself.
