1 - Dear @IMGReliance, @RP_SanjivGoenka, @IndSuperLeague, I understand that the brand ATK is very important to you, being a three time and most importantly first ever champion.

2 - In such scenario, I as a @Mohun_Bagan supporter, earnestly request you to revive ATK, go back to Red and white jersey, flying tiger crest and all other trappings which represented the brand. Your team and staff is almost same as last year so should not be a problem.

3 - However Sir/Ma'am, you have no moral right to subjugate our Mohun Bagan and use its jersey/logo as ATK. Today, it has been made aptly clear to us that the team which is going to play is merely ATK FC with two added letters (MB) and a new jersey/logo to lure innocent MB fans.

4 - Mohun Bagan has played a role in India's freedom struggle. The club has been referred to as the 'National Club' by stamps released by Government of India. Such a treatment to this institution is not just criminal but also an act of treachery to the nation itself.

5 - Let me assure you that even those Mohun Bagan fans who till last year used to watch/attend ATK matches, if not for anything but entertainment purpose, would now purposefully boycott the team and maybe also the league.

6 - On the other hand, I believe even original ATK fans, whom I as a football fan respect for going against the tradition to support a new club in Calcutta, wouldn't be able to back a team either that is pretending to be something else only for monetary gains but is actually not.

7 - You need to understand that you can't have Mohun Bagan and ATK together. The club can only represent one entity. If you want to own Mohun Bagan, then embrace it wholeheartedly along with 130+ years of legacy.

8 - But since you have made abundantly clear that such is not your intention and leaving ATK behind is not possible then dear Sir/Ma'am, please bring it back in full force and leave us alone.

9 - We are tired of fighting for every post, every hashtag, every tag line. Leave us alone for God's sake. We did not want you. Some corrupt and undemocratically elected officials brought you. We don't stand by their decision.

10 - Also once we are out of this mess, let me assure, even officials of @Mohun_Bagan AC would be held accountable for causing us the mental agony and humiliation for last 8 months or so.

11 - To end it, for one last time, leave us alone. Have your ATK, the three time defending champions, darling of ISL, but please don't impose our sacred colors, logo or name upon it.
