My mother tongue is Spanish. I have learned English to the extent that I am bilingual and now am fluent in spoken German (the country where I currently work at) Am I to write an article in three different languages, at an academic level, when one language will be enough?

My academic Spanish is actually quite rusty, it would take me a lot of effort to produce such a document. German, I might get by because I could get help from colleagues. But what if I have a colleague that could help. But once the translations are done...

...I can make sure that the translations are correct and scientifically sound. How do I do that in other languages that I do not speak/read/know? Are we to hire PhD-level individuals to provide translation services that can also ensure quality control?

That seems really expensive to me. Both in terms of time invested and required services. Perhaps summaries/abstracts in multiple languages can be included. But the whole research paper/review, I find is an unsustainable goal.
