So many insane details in this story but I’m having a hard time with the fact that there have been *35 instances* of sidewalk collapse in NYC this year.

NYC is so weird. When I lived there, there was a rash of manhole covers popping off into the air.

Sincerely wishing an extremely competent therapist for this guy. If I was wealthy I’d send him the best EMDR person in the city. Cannot imagine the trauma of *falling through the sidewalk into a swarming rat vault*.
