Our boss has kind of been taking advantage of our good nature and shirking responsibility, so some of my coworkers and I may be planning a malicious compliance strike. Not our job, not our problem

One of our 3 top employees (me, her, and another coworker that's part time) is actually leaving for corporate and I'm going on vacation in a couple of weeks. We're really hoping something goes horribly wrong while I'm gone and she gets a wake up call

I just don't know if I'm mean enough to go full malicious compliance myself because my conscious won't let me. Our PT coworker has already started maliciously complying. I may talk to a couple people and see if they can organize a malicious compliance strike while I'm gone

Like, we need her to see that she needs to step it up and be a better example for the rest of us, or she's gonna lose a lot more people. It's super disappointing this is happening because I love my job and it's very important to me

Tbh as much as I'm anxious about this, i KNOW I have job security because other stores are fighting to get me to come work for them and I have a lot of friends in HQ who know my work ethic and my integrity.
