Intelligence, wealth creation and character are malleable and not fixed (thread)

When girls at Texas experiment were exposed to message that was growth minded, they did significantly better than those that didn’t get the message that supported their group identity.

Turns out that even if the science on weather intelligence is fixed or not, students believing it’s malleable has statistically been found to affect outcomes significantly. And it’s exactly why we do what we do at @mentorthon

Passing the message to ourselves and especially to teens and students in general that character is not cast in stone or intelligence is something to improve or wealth can be accumulated is a powerful lever

It’s all growth and compounding. You can improve in all each time. And you can begin each time and advance.

If you don’t have financial advantage, you must have knowledge and character advantage. It takes more effort and work but it can potentially, allow more wealth and intelligence to accumulate!
