We’re on our way to winter and I’m someone who, if I don’t look out, easily gets winter depression. That’s not really helped by COVID and the possibility of another lockdown.
So I wanted to share some things I (try to) do to keep that from happening:

So I wanted to share some things I (try to) do to keep that from happening:
1. At least 30-45 minute outside to get some Vit. D. You don’t have to do something, sitting and e.g. listening to music is enough.
2. At least 20 minutes of some physical activity. Can be anything from Yoga to jogging to dancing.
3. Eat and drink regularly. This is IMPORTANT!

4. Try and be social, interact with people (doesn’t have to be IRL). Don’t let yourself get antisocial.
5. Establish a daily routine for yourself. Makes it a lot easier to get up and do something when you get bad.
