Advice to the founders: (These things i learn in @startupschool by @ycombinator ):

1. Launch soon and launch again & again.
2. Talk to users and write code
3. Build something people want
4. Find 20 - 50 early customers who love your product and talk to them regularly.

6. Ignore your competitors, that is only waste of time.
7. Don't waste money on launch party, etc,
8. Growth is the result of great product.
9. (For Multiple founder) Your relationship matters most than you think.
10. Sometimes you have to not listen some customers. They might ask more.
