/n I thought people might be interested in how my own small corner of the world is faring during the pandemic. In the bus, the driver& #39;s section is cordoned off with plastic sheeting. The air the driver breathes then comes almost wholly from outside the bus. My photo:
/n "Durchgang verboten!" = "Thoroughfare/gangway forbidden!" Previously, only the frontmost entrance was for boarding the bus (to cut down on fare evasion). Now the bus driver no longer sells tickets, & riding the buses is in effect, though not in law, free for the time being.
/n This one was new to me. As you can see, this is a former alley or lane closed off to vehicles, and only for pedestrians; what& #39;s new is the face-mask compulsory mandate for this pedestrian area, I guess because of the shops. Not a huge burden.
/n The notice that was new to me. Seems a tiny bit exaggerated to me, but it& #39;s not a broad pedestrian lane, and has several shops either side.
"Maskenpflicht in der Fußgängerzone" = "Masks compulsory in the pedestrian zone" (not the sidewalk, just this lane zone)

/n It& #39;s late autumn here (all these photos in this thread are ones I took on one day, just over a week ago).
