So I keep pondering a very very off situation I had with a therapist a ways back. So I decided to research him a little bit.

He’s a yogi. Started a school. Haven’t found a legitimate citation for his clinical psychology certifications.
That was a private practice he held w a partner. Not sure if one was supervising the other rather conveniently. In hindsight, it seems likely.
The agency I went to after this listened to my confused account and admittance of my own error of anger. And still, the counselor expressed her concern with “That makes my stomach hurt. It’s not the coffee.”
I’m just now figuring out that I can ditch my guilt of a public display of serious anger. That was my fight instinct doing the correct thing.

Hilarious in hindsight.

I’m not a fan of beginning with CBT. A rational therapist will take a history from you first.
Beware the yogi. Especially one that you now suspect is harboring dark jokes about bears and baskets.
Jesus Christ, it’s funny.

The situation itself was a stout tutorial for problem solving without hesitation.

We fired each other and I kicked my husband out.

Lol. Just another Tarantino style resolution of triangulated parties.
My ex and I are doing great.

Some couples just realize major differences in coping mechanics after multiple tragedies over a span of a decade or more. Gotta be married a bit to see this as a way to keep the love there.

Don’t let the yogi fuck you.
Clowns may scare you. Yogis scare me.
It all started because I was asking questions about autism in groups that found the topic unpopular and over diagnosed during that wonderful trend of obnoxiousness from both sides of that little war. Circa 2010-12. Those were impossible times.
Just about every elitist war is intended to repulse and repel.

Systems become overloaded.

No rational person can deny a need for population control within special groups.

The argument will always be the question of ethical population control.
You don’t have to like it, but it is wise to at least attempt to outsmart it.

Be repelled if it actually feels like the optimal choice.

Nothing wrong with engaging it from an abstract distance. Self help resides within.
Do you really need yoga as abstract?

Okay,
Yoga sells a lot of pants, mats, and old farts.
