One time I drove from Maine to California and my mom didn't notice until she called 1 1/2 weeks later and she said "Where are you?" and Im not liar so I said "California" and she thought I was joking but I wasn't.

When we got to Cali we kept driving south to escape traffic and hit the last exit before Mexico, backed up on the freeway after seeing the sign, and exited to a beach in Chula Vista. I then proceeded to chase a snake and have a man grab me (we have no venomous snakes in Maine)

and save me from my dumb ass getting murked by a fuckin snake but he didn't speak english so I couldn't apologize properly. Also Chula Vista or wherever the fuck we were on that beach was super rich and all these fancy cars and houses lined the block. We did not fit in at all.

Anyway I'll add all my dumb bitch moments from that road trip to this thread. Theres so many I want to rant into the void. It was probably one of the best experiences of my life.
