THREAD:

One of the most egregious experiences I've ever experienced. Pulled a beautiful Jasson Diminguez ( @gonjass7) on-card auto-patch card from a factory sealed 2020 Upper Deck Goodwin Champions hobby box and @beckett_grading destroyed it!
I sent it into @beckett_grading via express processing (couldn't wait to get it back!) and paid $600! As you'll see in the photo, absolutely beautiful with @FranklinSports batting glove patch. I had never seen that before!
A couple days ago I received an email upon them shipping back that the card was deemed "Questionable Patch" and therefore @beckett_grading did not grade. My first reaction was, WTF?!
Did @UpperDeckSports fraudulently include this patch on the card and they are at fault? Or did @beckett_grading assume it was not authentic without sufficient diligence (how would they know?) Besides, I've googled many images of  @gonjass7 wearing @FranklinSports batting gloves.
I received the card back today via FedEx with a post-it note with chicken-scratch saying "Questionable Patch". Card was packaged horribly, literally hanging out of a sleeve, and both top corners were dinged up, and one of them had pen markings presumably from the grader.
I am in complete shock. This card is worth $1,000's and was treated like garbage. At first I was considering whether Beckett or @UpperDeckSports at fault - which is still a concern - but now even more furious that this multi-thousand dollar card was destroyed by @beckett_grading.
