LEARNING CONTENT MEGATHREAD//

I'm going to update this thread as often as I can with content I have found (or made) which I think is super helpful. There's a lot of good content out there that gets buried in OMG EPIC BROKENEST KINDRED BUILD!? sort of stuff so.
My more recent videos on attitude and habits:

Videos by Coach Curtis (many specific to mid) and the YFJC podcast by Nathan Mott (specific to jungle):

my opinion on Skillcapped (and their contemporaries) fluctuates- a lot of their content pushes super heavy narratives about rank and harp on about OP PICKS which sort of makes the content annoying but there is usually some genuinely good advice in there:
if you're going to use this kind of content to improve, try to boil down the general thought process being described in the video and then apply it in your own reviews. you will not actually improve your cognitions surrounding the game exclusively from watching a video like this.

If you can handle some bad jokes, this content covers some good concepts and ways of thinking. This video in particular has some *actually very good* insights but sort of rushes over them to keep the video flowing.
I have talked with countless players about sleep, and this falls very much into my ballpark. Definitely give it a watch!! https://twitter.com/SportsPsycFaBro/status/1325750068348129282
already given nathan mott a mention in this thread for my jungle brethren but he's also recently began doing more and more full game reviews. guy is a BEAST and is creating so so so many resources for jungle players:
