As one who has devoted his entire life to The Walt Disney Company with nearly 20 years of service and nearly 30 years of voluntary work passionately supporting its products and principles, I can No Longer stay silent while it's being systematically destroyed.

The risk of going against the current regime is very high for my career and way of life. However, the risk of not having a Walt Disney Company at all is far more important to me (and should be to everyone) than my present, and very personal relationship with it.

If this was a comprehensive diatribe, I could spend the next 100,000 words describing the incredible importance of Walt Disney's legacy. But at this time there is no need to discuss that which is already blatantly self-evident to everyone reading this.

As much as I fully support #FireChapek it did NOT begin nor does it end with him. For over a decade in his quest for globalist domination, the imperialist Robert A Iger has been repulsively praised profusely for his ability to acquire companies for more than they're worth.
4|14
In order to accomplish these "impossible" mergers, Iger repeatedly raped the revenues and strip-mined sections of the company he was supposed to be the CEO for. Intentionally destroyed WDFA to court Pixar. Proudly insulted visionaries like Steve Jobs & George Lucas.
5|14
All of this he did while obsessively courting the communist leaders to create an economically and culturally incompatible park that was so mismanaged that TWDC's crown jewel and cash cow, WDW, dangerously reduced it's staffing & quality standards — Enter Chapek.
6|14
In contrast, his predecessor opened SIX theme parks and over a dozen resorts without undermining the quality of the existing ones while the "business genius" can't even open one without jeopardizing the company. #ThanksShanghai

At this point, we could very easily go through a very long list of losses & brand tarnishing missteps in the tenure of America's "dreamy" CEO not the least of which is dubiously taking over half the of TWDC net-worth to pay for a dying studio. But let's fast-forward, ok?
8|14
Early February, ever a man of integrity, Iger suspiciously steps down as CEO just as a Fox begins to lose its luster &/or his closest allies release a virus on the planet. A virus that can (and IS) being used to once again ravage the company and remake it in a lesser image.

Most, if not ALL, of the decisions being made at this time, are either spectacularly short-sighted at best or intentionally suicidal at worse. Yes, the present situation is dire but so much of the suffering is completely senseless.
10|14
Many of the policies, procedures, and alleged "principles" that are presently being propagated WILL have long-term effects on not only TWDC but a great many others and entire economies if not corrected quickly.
11|14
I am NOT calling for a boycott!
There are far too many precious babies dying in this toxic bathwater. This is a highly complex issue that needs to be dealt with carefully.
12|14
Strongly support the products that reinforce the life-affirming values at the core of the company and defiantly denounce all others.
Among the sliver-linings of this unusual time, the "Invisible Hand" of economics can no longer be so easily manipulated.
13|14
#FireChapek will help, but unless an entire executive team can be remade into one that focuses on the Walt-centered values that were easily understood by Eisner, Miller, Walker, etc. the company will continue to crumble.
