I often feel radical feminists see sex workers almost like traitors to women and feminism
They hate that we have sex for money; that we use our bodies for profit; that we sexualise ourselves for clients who are primarily men; that we engage with the very thing they hate - porn.

It's easier to call us the victims, because it hides their distaste for us
The Nordic Model is abolition with a feminist mask us. They want the abolition of the sex work, porn etc.

They just can't be seen as wanting the criminalisation of other women to achieve it, so they mask it as they're helping the women - when they're not.
If they really supported us, they would listen to us. They would platform us, allow active working sex workers speak about why the Nordic Model hurts them.

Instead, they speak over us, patronise us, treat us like victims to devalue our voice. They don't like us.
I do not speak over black women because I am not black. I do not speak about migrant rights because I am not a migrant.

You can have your opinion all you want, but opinions are irrelevant. It's about what makes us safe, and you're not directly impacted. We are.
'Prostitution effects all women'

No it does not. It is not you in the cold, shivering to your core. It is not you at risk of being murdered, beaten, robbed, assaulted, raped. It is not you. It is me.

Therefore, my voice and what I think is best goes first.
Stop writing about prostitution from the comfort of your home with the heating on, your feminist platforms and conferences, in policy making procedures.

'I've worked with prostitutes' - Yes, but you are not one. You can walk away from work, you're the observer.
Prostitution effects prostitutes first and foremost, and therefore, we MUST listen to them. We ask what they want and need to make them feel safe, and how we do that together.

Stop decrying you're impacted by sex work laws when you are not.
An example of a radical feminist describing me as an 'injured wild animal' and passing comments on my mental health. She has never met me, and actively campaigns against me.
Why do radical feminists treat sex workers this way?

Would we tell someone who experienced domestic violence to fuck off, and that she is simply too injured to know what is best for her? Do we then ignore all DV charities and their advice?
Do we tell women who experienced rape they're just 'wild animals' who are just too deeply traumatised.

Would be erase the experiences of any other women like radical feminists do for sex workers?

In no other arena is it acceptable for women to speak over other women.
We are not treated as women, as equals, as feminists. We are treated as traitors, then belated, degraded and treated like poor women.

I have never met such incredible, resilient, resourceful, strong, brave and generous women as sex workers.
We can speak for ourselves. We do not need you, and we certainly don't need you to be condescending, patronising and treating us as people are unable to have autonomy, have thoughts and opinions, or know what is best for us.
If I can be brave enough to take one of the most dangerous jobs, then I absolutely do not need you belittling me and speaking over me.
