Something strange happened today.

Our subscription flowers were featured on @StephLunch& #39;s excellent TV show, with the great @SimonLycett.

But... something went *very* wrong!

1. They only showed half the flowers.
2. They quoted us at more than double our actual price.
We were grateful for @StephLunch saying "These seem a lot posher, so they& #39;re more expensive these ones?"

But were shocked when the answer was "Yes they& #39;re £45"

(Reader, our subscription flowers are actually £20... *including* delivery!)
They said we were as good value as the other suppliers, even though they said we were £45, when we& #39;re actually £20...

...but we wanted to clarify as we& #39;ve had a ton of calls!
1. Value is *hugely* important to us. As you can tell, they thought our subscription box was good value at £45, when it& #39;s actually £20.

We want our customers to know that our mission is to delight them and bring absolute joy each time they receive a subscription
2. Ethics is hugely important to us.

One of the other florists featured on the show was referred to as the & #39;ethical& #39; option.

Reader, we& #39;ve been ranked the UK& #39;s most ethical flower company 6 years in a row. We& #39;ve had a perfect score the last 2 years running.
We plant a tree for every order.
We& #39;ve removed single use packaging from our deliveries.
We& #39;re a member of the Positive Luxury Group.
We pay a Real Living Wage.
We give £1 to Women& #39;s Aid for every order.
Our flowers even come wrapped in paper recycled from flower waste.
So, if you hear that our flowers are good value at £45, please know that they& #39;re actually *£20* ... *including* delivery.

We& #39;re hoping @StephLunch will clarify for viewers.
