I wish talking about mental health was more normalized.

You can have a cold and tell someone and they're like "Aw, that sucks. Let me know if you need anything."

You talk about mental health issues and people just don't know what to say or do.
It sucks not being able to talk about it b/c you're worried how other people will take it/think of you, if they'll use it against you, if they'll make a big deal out of it when it's just every day life for you, as if so many others don't live with it & just not talk about it, too
It sucks dealing with this stuff and feeling like you can't talk with people about it. I think that's part of what makes dealing with mental health issues more isolating/leaves you feeling more alone in your struggles with it. The not being able to talk with people about it.
I don't really have a point to this thread; I'm just voicing something I've been thinking about for a long while now.
