I wish talking about mental health was more normalized.

You can have a cold and tell someone and they& #39;re like "Aw, that sucks. Let me know if you need anything."

You talk about mental health issues and people just don& #39;t know what to say or do.
It sucks not being able to talk about it b/c you& #39;re worried how other people will take it/think of you, if they& #39;ll use it against you, if they& #39;ll make a big deal out of it when it& #39;s just every day life for you, as if so many others don& #39;t live with it & just not talk about it, too
It sucks dealing with this stuff and feeling like you can& #39;t talk with people about it. I think that& #39;s part of what makes dealing with mental health issues more isolating/leaves you feeling more alone in your struggles with it. The not being able to talk with people about it.
I don& #39;t really have a point to this thread; I& #39;m just voicing something I& #39;ve been thinking about for a long while now.
