Here we see the National Fraternal Order of Police trying to claim that a child was found barefoot and wandering around Philadelphia during the "violent riots". It is being spread by some right wingers but there is no truth to the claim. (See next tweet)

This child and officer were actually captured in this photo after officers had broken out the windows of the vehicle the toddler was occupying with his parents and taken from their custody while officer brutalized them. It appears this is a 100% copaganda.
