I am not sure how to reach you to convey what I feel today.

I am sure you know every inch of information I am going to say in this thread already, yet I am going to say what I feel even if it comes across too simplistic.

I understand the genuine concern of your health which has a potential vulnerability in the current Covid situation. For me, your health is paramount and any activity sacrificing that health is not needed.

However, just like how the world has been beset by this Covid pandemic

TN has been beset by the CORRUPTION VIRUS pandemic for the past 50 years with no vaccine. This virus has become so endemic that it has now become part of the gene of this state. People have accepted it as a way of life and there is no one to put an end to this virus.

I strongly believe the vaccine for this CORRUPTION VIRUS will be your leadership, policies and RMM.

So, how do we protect you and yet ensure that the party is launched and the messaging reaches the masses?

Messaging through Social Media is the best strategy now!

The population of TN is approximately 72 million per 2011 census, based on which I approximately rounded it up to 77 million as the 2020 population.

The eligible voters by Feb 2020 in TN was estimated to be 61.3 million, now with new additions and applications let's assume 70 million as the voter base in May 2021. Per the 2011 census, TN has 51% rural population and 49% Urban.

Assuming similar ratio for 2020, the 49% urban population can be easily reached through a 4 point touch repeated messaging.

First point of contact will be your daily / weekly video on social media.

Second point of contact will be through social media news portals that have sizeable presence.

Third point of contact will be through traditional print and visual media that reports on your video.

Fourth will be word of mouth/whatsapp transmission of your messages/policies etc.

So, 49% of population can be reached just by social media messaging.

There are innumerable examples of how social media has been used for targeted influencing such as brexit vote, US elections.

I am not suggesting we do that but merely spread your message through SM will create the wave.

This is a digital world and India is at the heart of this digital revolution with TN being a forefront state in adopting technology. So, this SM messaging will work.

First point contact through mobiles phones with social media that is pervasive, also videos / voice messages in addition to cover those that do not have SM.

Second point of contact will be reporting through

print and visual media.

Third point of contact will be to ensure logistics within each RMM district office to reach remotest village with surrogate messaging - i.e your recorded videos will be played in big screens in the village square that do not have access to TV/social media

While launching party and for other critical speeches holographic technology can be used to reach the most critical towns and cities simultaneously. This will take the messaging to everyone. This has been tried and has successfully worked during the Lok Sabha elections.

All of this can be done without you having to venture out of your house. Yes, it is new but tough times call for out of the box thinking and implementation.

I know the impact of traditional politics - big rally and speech with crowds screaming. However, just likes businesses

adapted to new ways of working during this pandemic so must politics.

More than you coming out of your house it is your thoughts, policies and messages that the neutral person wants to know at the crux of it. If your messaging is right, the campaign strategy built around SM

will work, despite what many traditional political pundits may state. Also, whether you step out and campaign or campaign from home people who want to criticise will criticise. So, their opinions can be ignored. TN people will understand the necessity for you to campaign

from home. And if the situation improves and health permitting you can step out and campaign in March closer to the elections.

I understand the enormity of the logistics and implementation involved but if Rajini can't pull this off then no one can. It needs to start now !
