WHAT THE HELL IS A TSTV? [thread]

TSTV is UT’s FCC licensed student-run tv station that airs 20+ different shows on their channel. They live in the HSM with their sexy studio but are currently online. You get to learn to use actual TV equipment, act, write, edit, etc AND ITS FUN! Soo what shows do they got?

@TexasNewsTSTV This is THE show to watch to get all ur UT and ATX news. Also rlly helpful for journalism majors interested in broadcast.

@DownToFilmTSTV A show within a show! Follows a TV crew on their adventures to keep their production afloat

@KeepTstv short documentary web series about Austin culture!

@ElevPitchTSTV sketch comedy show centered around an intern pitching ideas to an uninterested executive

ENTERTAINMENT

@LHLNtstv Basically UT Saturday Night Live, complete with sketches, musical guests, & a weekend update style segment

@NxtWeekNow Late night comedy news show that predicts the news before it happens (produced by yours truly )

@VGHL video games! Talk about them play them stream them. Badass gamers.

@LocalLiveAustin Live music from here in Austin! (Also are part of @KVRX)

@BITStstv Like bad movies? Clown on them here! And interview the creators of those bad films!

@SneakPeekTV TSTV’s oldest entertainment news show and btw was created by Burnie Burns (founder of @RoosterTeeth)

@ATXUnderground music entertainment show, gets hella cool interviews with local and big artists!
