Is anybody sleeping?

I’m actually asking because if you are teach me your ways. I guarantee you I’ve tried anything medicinal you’ve got to offer and I’m still just up or waking up at terrible hours trying to turn off this anxiety and dread.
I work a LOT. Usually I’m so exhausted by the end of days like this that I can pass out, no problem.

But this is a new level of “wuttice rest?!?”
And my migraines really LOVE insomnia 🥴🥴🥴🥴
I should specify that things to STAY asleep are particularly helpful. Sometimes it takes me a while to fall asleep. Others I will pass out and then my brain wakes up at 3 am like
