Don't let the cure be worse than the disease, says the guy who's actively seeking to throw out hundreds of thousands of ballots, including those from overseas by members of our military, under the guise that votes that are counted after Nov 3 are somehow fraudulent (they aren't).

In general this is true with the entire GOP playbook. They keep claiming voter fraud is a problem, despite that problem being a 0.0009% problem, and their solution is voter ID laws, and voter roll purging, and everything else they do to disenfranchise a significant % of citizens.

The GOP is now rotten to the core. They actively suppress voting, and they actively disinform voters. They don't like democracy because that requires the competition of ideas, and they're out of those. All they have to offer is more wealth to the wealthy, and fear to the fearful.

I'm not saying this stuff as a Dem, because I'm an independent. I'm saying it as an American. It should not be a partisan act to say that democracy is of fundamental importance. Democracy really is on the ballot this year. The GOP put it there. As an American, punish them for it.
