Agree to be subject to daily criminal activity checks in the CPIC (Canadian Police Information Center) database in conjunction with CFIS (Canadian Firearms Information System)

If purchasing a restricted firearm get your ATC (Authorization to carry) permit from the RCMP

After completing all those requirements & attaining the ATC (even just to take your new restricted firearm home or to take it to a government approved shooting range) you must explain your direct route home
