In order to win in life you have to create a winning culture

Creating a winning culture requires a vision, establishing your beliefs and morals, having goals, and creating tangible actions to move towards that vision.

IMO creating a winning culture requires a strong team, accountability towards yourself and others, strong and morally sound core values, living through those values, honesty, communication, having the willingness to grow (esp. through struggles), & elevating everyone around you!

Flexibility and the ability to change are other things I feel like are needed to create a winning culture.

Sometimes there has to be a winner and a loser but when it comes to life I firmly believe there is enough room at the table for everybody to eat and win as long as winning is based on sound morals/values.

Winning starts at an individual level.. I firmly believe in energies and people pick up on that (ex. through nonverbals). You project your attitudes so it's important to be aware of what they are.

“You have to be able to accept failure to get better.” LeBron James. In the case of losing, you only really lose if you give up. There is always something to learn from failing and that in itself is a win.
