There's something I want to touch..... But a lot of people might not get it. Do you know how very poor families get to include protein in their soups? Lol https://twitter.com/vughnn/status/1321741557175902208
You know when you go to buy meat at the market and you ask the meat seller to cut of the fat and muscles, what you'd refer to as dirt? In porthacourt, they call it "jarajara".
People go to meat sellers, buy a lot of those parts for about N300 and use to it cook soups because they can't afford meat.
Have you seen people selling fish head in the market? You must have wondered who buys just fish head right?

When you buy a carton of fish, and you ask them to cut off the head, some families are depending on that fish head to have "obstacles" in their soups
Since I'm making small sense today, I should update this thread.
I lived in Rivers state for about 10 years and I noticed something..... A kilo of prawns used to cost about N3k then but even AVERAGE families didn't cook with prawns.
It was a fucking luxury and we were supposed to have seafood in abundance.
