goro is the only phantom thief that doesn't get his wish granted in the bad end. there are a few ways to take this:

1. goro's wish is irrelevant because he's just a puppet, not an actual person. maruki wouldn't bother actualising wakaba's wish for the same reason - they both died

2. goro's wish directly contrasts with someone else's wish, in this case it would be akira's wish to bring him back. he wanted to die.

3. goro's wish was to be with akira, meaning that it was already actualised. this one hits really hard because it implies that goro's wish wouldn't be something like revenge or his mother back, it would be to live a normal life with the person that means the most to him
