I guess we need to go back to readings on the origin of the word and also look at grassroots Bahujan movements. I have never seen any such movements claiming
Bahujan = OBC. it is this new age attribution. Be it Kancha or internet, it’s new as per my knowledge.

I’m not discussing about oh we should use Bahujan for everything. I’m trying to understand the dangers of attributing such a political term to one specific sect.
