1. I woke up feeling very sad today, and I was just in a limbo but the day must continue. I got ready to go buy my stock for braai plates as per usual...
2. There is a group of men who are busy doing constructions in one of the flats where I stay, and everytime I pass there, they always greet me so respectfully "Walepo meme"... and it always makes me happy talking to them...
3. I walked to the taxi rank and as I am there, something came over me and made me go back home and prepare food for these men. They always work long hours and I hardly see them take lunch...
4. So I got home, and there was only bread and oros... I took it all and made it for them, I put ice cubes in the oros and cut the bread nicely for them, it& #39;s not much, but it& #39;s all we had...
5. I go to them and hand them the food, and the excitement on their faces just made my heart melt. The way they where so grateful, "Tangi meme, kalunge nekuyambeke"...
6. Mind you I was already in an emotional state since I woke up so this did not make it better. But my heart felt so full seeing the smiles on their faces. Such good men. I wish I could do so much more.
7. Anyway, so I go the butchery to buy stock and as I get the bill, it turns out the prices increased and I didn& #39;t have enough money. I started to panic and I was on the verge of tears because I couldnt afford it, but I had orders for tomorrow...
8. I& #39;m standing there with the lady helping me, about to cry, when the owner walks up to me and says, "Ek is baie trots op jou"...confused by this, I asked why?
9. He responds, "I& #39;ve seen you walk in here every morning, opening the butchery with us, buying your stock. You are so hardworking and I am proud of you"
10. Now guys, I cry easily, and I was just so sad... but I was telling myself, "No Natasha, you will not show weakness"... I said thank you, but he saw that I wasn& #39;t okay, so he asked what& #39;s wrong?
11. I told him I couldnt afford this stock and if it& #39;s possible to send it back... he pat my shoulder and said, "Never that my kind. Just pay what you have, whatever is in your pockets, I will accept" ... My heart

12. And then he further went on and asked me to show him what I sell, I showed him this picture and he went around like a proud father showing everyone in the butchery. "Ek is baie trots op hierdie meisie, kyk net hier"

13. I was just there quiet, fighting back my tears. I vowed to not cry because I didnt want people feeling sorry for me... "I will take 10 for tomorrow" he said. I then told him, I dont have any money to buy more meat... He said don& #39;t worry.
14. He orders the lady to give me ten pieces of meat for his braai plates, then he asked me what& #39;s the cost? I told him it& #39;s N$70 per plate, then I will deduct the meat you gave me... He looks at me and hands me the N$700, and says, "Never that. Keep pushing and working hard"
15. 16. I have never in my life had God work so wonderfully for me... and as I was headed home, I was wondering, was it because of the good deed I did for those men today? ...Whatever it is, I am certain God sent those people to make my day better...
17. I have never had someone be so nice to me before, and the way he just kept saying, "Ek is baie trots op jou"...and the look on his face when he was showing everyone my braai plates??
