Report paints a picture of a dysfunctional bureaucracy, and of a significant improvement in process & efficiency once the left gained more control over that bureaucracy. One of the reprimands - for LOTO interference in complaints - is legitimate because that shouldn't happen BUT

1) given the dysfunctionality it's clear why that interference was deemed necessary and 2) the examples given are all of LOTO seeking more robust disciplinary responses

Nothing in here to dispel my previous views that a) yes there absolutely is left antisemitism which has been clear since 90s and b) this was ruthlessly exploited and overemphasised by Labour right types for factional gain at the expense of the safety and wellbeing of british jews
