I'm quite offended at this take, by one of those camera centric YouTubers who had only used Apple products now reviewing the iPhone. He said all pro photographers use iphones so it kinda doesn't matter if Android cameras have better specs. That's a flawed logic m
Most photographers use iphones because they use a Mac. And because apple products are the "default products" for creatives. That hardly says anything about the iphone's camera abilities.

Keep in mind i'm someone who just wrote a gushing review of the iPhone 12. But when I say
Something, it's after having used virtually every smartphone available.

My beef is with North American creatives of mainstream tech reporters who clearly has all Apple products and maybe test like a Samsung Galaxy twice a year speaking on behalf of ALL smartphones.
At this point, if you don't test the newest Xiaomi and Oneplus and Oppos and Huawei's, you ARE NOT QUALIFIED TO SPEAK ON THE ENTIRE SMARTPHONE INDUSTRY in terms of claiming which is best.

You can of course give takes within your lane like "in the US, the Pixel is the best xxx"
When I say "oxygenOS is the fastest OS" or "xiaomi has the best haptics" that's after having used
- iphone 12
- pixel 5
- mate 40 pro
- P40 pro plus
- fold 2
- oneplus 8T
- xiaomi mi 10 ultra
- poco x3 nfc
- Meizu 17 pro
- royole flexpai 2
- vivo x50 pro
- realme 7 pro
Etc
Meanwhile there are so many of these mainstream American dudes who will say "the iPhone does the best this"

And they've only used
-iphone 12
- samsung galaxy note 20 ultra
- google pixel

You can't use 20% of the options available worldwide and make these claims. Stop.
One last note: that dude's youtube video has amazing visuals. He's 100x more skilled in photography than I am.

And the iPhone 12 is among the very best camera systems this year.

I just don't like the dismissal of Android cams "because we pro photographers shoot with iphone"
Every improvement apple made to improve the iPhone camera last two years were done by Huawei first like in 2018.

Just the facts.
