‘NHS staff are at risk of COVID because of small spaces’

Yeah because doctors offices got turned into shit holes and management offices which means we have to all jam into a packed room to try and do anything

Nurses staff rooms are about 1 squared metre, if they exist at all
Now they give a shit about it because COVID.

But when it was just plain impractical, unpleasant, stinky and offensive it’s all good - carry on
I’m so bored of this FAUX wellness give a shit.

If you have a shit you know what you would do?

Increase pay
Hot food out of hours
Better rest spaces
Offices so we can actually work - like all professionals
We’ve become so impotent as a profession that EVERYONE in the hospital has an office that’s workable except us

And we just take it. We’re mugs
Except non management grade nurses, they’re stuck in the crap holes with us
