2) Remarkably, this manipulation involved the rotation of the cylinder through 180 degrees, lining up a dent with a rebar, and then tilting it so that the nozzle is pointing into the hole.

3) This manipulation of the cylinder corroborates detailed analysis indicating the cylinder was placed by hand, rather than dropped from a helicopter, and could not have caused the observed damage
